To further that challenge, I'd like to see contributions from additional members for October, so send them on to Paul, or forward them on to me, and I'll make sure they get where they need to.</p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><br></p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;">The attached magazine article is just one perspective on the multimedia environment we, as a car club must navigate. For your reading pleasure, I'd like you to think about how some of the content directly, or indirectly, applies to our little organization here.</p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><br></p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;">One other thing I'd like to ask you all to do, is to go out and take a look at our Club website @ <a href="http://www.rockymountaincorsa.org">http://www.rockymountaincorsa.org</a> . Our webmaster, Dale, has done a great job in formatting the site, keeping it up to date, and ensuring that the content is relevant. What I'd like you to do now, is get out there and click on every link, take a look at the content, see how long things take to load up, and get a feel for what prospective members might think of our site. Is it open and inviting, or does it feel restricted, and cumbersome to navigate? Is it media rich with the types of things you think the membership, and prospective members would want to see? Can you access all of the relevant content to make a decision on whether you'd like to join this Club, or another one?</p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><br></p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;">While our newsletter and website are great resources for a lot of valuable information, there is always room for improvement, and that's what I'm asking you all to share. Are we good, or can/should we do better?</p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><br></p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;">I will be placing a discussion item on the agenda for October's business meeting, so please bring your notes, ideas, and be prepared to discuss. I'm looking forward to a lively discussion.</p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><br></p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;">Drive safe!</p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"> </p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><br></p><div class="io-ox-signature"><div><em>Ed Halpin</em></div><div><em>President, RMC</em></div></div></body></html>
