I wanted to give you all a bit of an update.<BR>

I've learned a lot about course design in the past few weeks and I hope you will like what I've put together.  There is a lot of work that goes into these events, and the good news is that if this is well received I am in a great spot to know how to do it again in the future with a lot less initial effort.  It promises to be fun for spectators as well since the site has some fine viewing / photo op locations.<BR>

There are a few things we need for our setup and I hope someone can step up with the items we need.  There are also a few nice to have's listed afterward.<BR>

<BR>

First off, most of our drivers indicated they don't have a helmet and want to borrow one.  If you can get your own, please do.  If you have helmets you can bring, for others, please do.  <BR>

</SPAN></FONT><UL><LI><FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Sawhorses as a moveable barrier--I am bringing 2, I need 2 more.<BR>

</SPAN></FONT><UL><LI><FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Shade awnings, including some weights to hold the legs.  We can't stake them to the pavement . . . need at least 1 for timing, and a couple others would be nice for participants / spectators.  I have some old brake drums / rotors that could be placed around and tied to legs for 1 tent.<BR>

<LI><FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Easel to hold a whiteboard that serves as scoreboard.

</SPAN></FONT><LI><FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Blue painter's masking tape and/ or white shoe polish for numbers

</SPAN></FONT><LI><FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Trash barrel and bags. <BR>
