Time to get into the Halloween Spirit!</span></p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><br></p><p class="default-style"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">A ghostly group of Club members participated in this even last year, and it was A LOT of fun. We had 4 cars out there, decorated for Halloween, and Mike Piper even walked away with one of the awards, and a bag of candy!</span></p><p class="default-style"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><br></span></p><p class="default-style"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">For this year's event, we're shooting for 6 RMC Corvairs to attend, all decorated up with their owners in costume as well. Here are the particulars:</span></p><p class="default-style"><br></p><p class="default-style"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">On Saturday evening, October 26th, Buckley AFB will be hosting their annual "Trunk or Treat" children's event, from 1800-2000 hours (that's 6 - 8 pm for you non-military folks). Last year, we must have had a thousand kids come by the cars to get candy. Of course, we were in costumes as well and the cars were decorated as well (see attached pics). It was great fun..</span></p><p class="default-style"><br></p><p class="default-style"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">If you're interested in joining in on this year's Halloween fun and handing out candy tot he kids, please let me know directly as I'll be compiling a list of cars and folks to turn into the event coordinator on October 21st.</span></p><p class="default-style"><br></p><p class="default-style"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Since this is on a military base, for those of you without a current govt/military ID Card, guest passes to enter Buckley AFB will be required.
