</SPAN></FONT><FONT FACE="Cambria"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12pt'>Presenters included Mike Hall (President), Jeannette Alberte (Membership), Jerry Brown (Merchandise), Allan Lacki (Secretary) and Paul Sergeant (Treasurer). After the presentations, Mike opened the floor for questions and comments. <BR>

</SPAN></FONT><FONT FACE="Cambria"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12pt'>&bull What is the consequence when a chapter does not hold a single meeting during a given year, as required by the Chapter Plan Procedure? (No consequence this year due to COVID-19).<BR>
</SPAN></FONT><FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'><BR>
</SPAN></FONT><FONT FACE="Cambria"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12pt'>&bull When will a final decision be made on holding the 2021 Convention? (It will depend on the city’s orders. We anticipate a ruling in April).<BR>
