According to the operator they have a meeting festival on Fridays so I left a message and will send an email. I'm going to be out of cell range this afternoon but as soon as I have an answer I'll let you all know. My objective is to move the meeting to 12July. Since I've been reading the bylaws, it is within the purview of the president to set meeting time and place.</span>
