      I realize it's a bit early, but at the meeting today we agreed to
      having the 2026 Picnic at the same Bear Creek Lake park Mountain
      View Shelter. <br>
      <br>
      It has bee reserved. So we're set for another good gathering.<br>
      <br>
      <br>
      So, two things:<br>
      <br>
          1. Mark your calendars for The Wilshire Memorial Picnic on <font color="#c64600"><b><u>August 16th</u></b></font>. <br>
             We have the shelter all day so you can arrive whenever
      you'd like.<br>
             BUT..... we probably won't start until around 11:00AM.<br>
      <br>
          2. Lakewood has a fire ban in place, so no charcoal fires
      allowed.<br>
             Like last year, we will need a member or two to expend some
      effort and bring a propane grill.  <br>
      <br>
      Hope you can all make it.<br>
