Well, Duh!

You know, I DID read Dave's e-mail about this car at the time he sent it,
and then I went and forgot about it.

Having two parents with Alzheimers is a little scary!

Sorry if I confused anybody.

Keep up the good work, Dave!

I'd still appreciate a picture of the tag.

Bill

Hi Guys
I just got an email from a guy on my 64 Bodytag thread, and he gave only
the ACC line. I emailed him back to get the rest of the Bodytag info such as
build date. What is nice about this tag is it contains two of the hardest
codes to find on our 65 -66 survey.
It is a 1964 Corvair 500 and the ACC code is 2HM5O
Kent as you know, the Heater delete and the seltbelt delete were two of the
hardest codes to find.
The owner has already confirmed heater delete in his email. I have emailed
him to confirm seltbelt delete and get the build date since it would have to
have been built when seltbelts were standard.

Regards
Dave

Here is an interesting car as posted on the Corvair Center Phorum, in a
response to a request by Dave Trull for '64 body tag info:

I found a 64 500 coupe. Tag reads 2HM50. The only optional, extra cost
equipment that I see is a powerglide. What do the other 4 leters represent?
No heater or radio, has an outside mirror (was that optional?) Engine block
# is a Z.

This might be a good car to get a look at for photos. I will try to find
out where the car is located.

Bill
