Wow, sounds like quite a find! I am sure we would love to document the car
- too bad you didn't get it a month earlier - we were just up there in
Detroit for the CORSA convention and we had our send annual Stock Corvair
Event where we get together and do exactly that sort of thing.

I am going to forward your post to the Stock Corvair Group list so that
other SCG members in the area can get in touch with you and set up times to
look over your car.

Take lots of photos with a digital camera and send them to me - don't forget
to get close-up shots of the Fisher body tag and the VIN.

I just purchased a 1963 Monza Coupe from a guy in Flint Michigan. It was at
the Sloan museum for a while and has 1850 miles on it...it's not broken in
yet. I went to the DACC show yesterday and spoke to Mark Corbin about
documenting it etc..and he mentioned you were really into the first gen
cars.

We'll have to set something up here, to have car documented before I start
modifying it. I can't wait!! I've got a ton of mods I want to make to it -
18 inch wheels with spinners (gold plating), vinyl top, gold trim all the
chrome, and tuck a 350 V8 underhood!! Should be a HOT car once I'm thru
with it!!

LOL....I'm kidding!! I'm keeping it completely stocked and barely driving
it :)~~

I just joined CORSA and DACC. I'm great at the cosmetics, but mechanically,
not too good!!

If you ever wanna talk....586-924-5676. Hope I didn't cause a stroke :)
