Greg, here is the plate, reading left to right, top to bottom, line by
line.  Please reply back with any discrepancies you see based on your
actual car. 
 
S = White/Black interior trim
RR = Regal Red exterior
105376L101248 = 1966 Monza coupe,1248th Corvair built in Los Angeles. 
B = Bay City carb source 
T01001RM* = Tonawanda built 140 3-4 speed built Oct 1st
AB0922 = 3:55 Non-posi  built Sept 22nd
F = Oct 1965 Body build date
RO925 = 4 speed trans built Sept 25th
3 = RPO U63 push button AM radio
Bowtie = Chevrolet plate indicator
 
I changed your engine code to RM.  You listed your engine code as RN
(140 PG), are you sure it isn't RM?  RM would be 140 manual engines,
matching your diff and trans?

Hi Rick, I didn't think I had a original protecto plate but was in the
glovebox looking for tire info when I came across this 66 one. If you
have time would you please decifer it for me?

I had one response from VV regarding request for Proteco plates examples
for my research.
I am opening up the request up to any 65-69 Protecto plate as I need to
increase my sample size.
Here is an example of two plates that Phil Richardson sent me and I
decoded for him.
I hope the formatting doesn't get all jumbled up.
