[SCG] 200mph Spyder speedometer

I know that there was a Spyder in MA that originally was purchased in France 
and then brought back to the USA by its owner.  I remember being told that 
it had a kilometer speedometer, and a few other goofy items that were 
required in France at the time it was imported.  When it came back to the 
states, the owner converted the modifications back to US standards.  Don't 
know what became of the car, and the one that was seen at the Vair Fair, 
might just be this very car. I do know that it was for sale about 10 years 
ago, but never kept track of what became of it... Paul in CT
