[SCG] 200 speedometer

Seeing as how 120MPH converts to 193 Kilometers per hour it is obviously an
"export" speedometer.

I know that there were export speedometers for the non-spyders, wonder how
many were made for Spyders.
Odds are someone added that to the car as a leftover replacement stock, or
maybe it was an export car...........
