[SCG] vinyl boots on '63 seat belts

i recall the 63 belts used the loop bolt to the floor, yes? if so., a boot can't fit over over the loop.
 the 64 belts have a pan head bolt, very shallow, that lets the boot go over them

  Is anyone aware of any '63 Custom Feature Accessory front seat belts having been manufactured with the shorter vinyl boots  (they cover the mounting hardware on the floor) that are on '64 seat belts?
