[SCG] Good news about 1966-9 concours tires

  For all it's worth, I went out and looked at my original spare (never used) in it's rightful place in the engine compartment.  It's a GENERAL Jet-Air II.  Hope this adds a little to the confusion.

using the USRoyal tire, and NO other brand, for their pattern. I'm sure
