[SCG] Spyder horn button

Having owned a 64 Spyder since 1976, I was amazed when I saw a 63 Spyder 
with the turbocharged horn button and I didn't have one. Research at the 
time showed only the 62 and 63 Spyders had the special horn button. 64 
Spyders had the Monza horn button. Whew, I wasn't missing a part.
