[SCG] 1965-1969 convertible rear speaker enclosure

Since this is valuable historic information, hope you don't mind if I post 
it to the Stock Corvair Group.

Just for sake of information, the one on the right is also used on the '67 
stereo system, as that is what is in my '67 convert. Salvaged it from a '67 
convert that was one of the 125 factory tape player cars. Because of this, I 
can vouch for what was used in '67. Might want to make a note of this. But 
what was used on the '68 and '69 models, I cannot vouch for. They may have 
been playing musical parts, and using whatever they had, though that's sheer 
speculation on my part.

FWIW, Bruce McIntosh has a factory tape equipped '68 convert. Would have to 
contact him to verify the '68's.

The picture on the left is the 66 and the picture on the right is the 65
