[SCG] oil filter

The factory never sold the black filters over the dealer counter. They were
strictly an in-house item, as far as I know.

Just wondering if a new Corvair had engine work done at the dealership
requiring oil and filter change before Sold to a customer, I'm a summing a
black filter would not be installed.
