[SCG] Idler Pulley Bracket Attaching Hardware Questions

bolts/studs/washers and how they are installed.

The thick washer on the alternator goes between the alternator housing
and the bracket.  Its purpose is to move the bracket away from the
alternator housing to prevent the wiring from chafing on the bracket.
