[SCG] '62 Accessories Assembly manual

If any one of you has a '62 Accessories Assembly manual, could you please check it for me to see if, as I suspect, there is a page for the gasoline heater for passenger cars bearing one of those overlays showing that the option was discontinued and the date thereof?  If so, and if you would send me an image of it, I would be grateful.  Thanks!
