had the air hose on the passenger side. it was the 2 carb engines (65/66) that
had it on the left. i'm sure the reason was because in 65, there may have been
no room for the air hose to 'cross over' under the suitcase condensor, and above
the air cleaner crossover piece.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>it's still a tight fit for the hose to crossover
with the 66 condensor as witnessed by the 66 140 a/c only foam rubber 'band'
placed around the outside of the airhose to help prevent direct contact of the
hose to the condensor.</FONT></DIV>

condenser that covers the air plenum. The air inlet on the right is correct
