To All Who Have Not Yet Registered for Southern Cross-
ESPECIALLY referring to Florida Chapter members --
We already have drivers registered from Indiana, and New Jersey,
9 from Gulfcoast Chapter, 7 from Central Chapter and one from
South Florida, plus we have more coming from out of state that will
register on site Saturday morning.
If you are afraid that you will damage your pretty Corvair by driving
fast on the course. FORGET IT!! You can't possibly get past
45 miles per hour on that course. I know because I've been on it.
I'm sure you drive your Corvair faster than that on the Interstate.
If you've never driven an autocross before there will be a NOVICE
SCHOOL on Saturday morning to TEACH you how to Autocross !!
It will be FUN just to go there and watch EXPERT NECC drivers
who will be there driving the course.
WARREN LeVEQUE, from Indiana, Chairman of CORSA
Compettion Committee was the FIRST to REGISTER for
our Southern Cross Event.
Bob MARLOW, of NECC and New Jersey, will be coming
down to drive at our event.
I'm going to try driving my Buick Regal Sedan on the track.
You can drive your pick-up or station wagon on the track.
All types of cars are welcome. And if you don't feel up
to driving on the track, there will be a CAR SHOW,
and prizes, so COME ON DOWN and join the fun !!
