[SECC] Fall autocross update

Hi.
  I had hopes of having an SECC autocross event in conjunction with CFC 
Corvair Affair this fall to benefit both clubs, autocross to bring more to the 
Affair and the Affair to add more cars to the autocross and get SECC some much 
needed funding to support itself and not need support from other clubs.
  I found a site that has both an autocross area and a small road coarse in 
Lake County for $200. for the day that includes cones and has restrooms with 
lodging nearby.
  At our CFC meeting 5-27-03 it was more or less decided that any moving 
event at the Corvair Affair would  be an Affair event and not an SECC event.
  I tried.
