[SECC] Dates for Track

Hi all,

I got an email from First Coast Technical Institute.  They are trying to
plan their calendar from now until February of next year.

Do we want to hold an event in September?  If so Labor Day weekend???

Also, I'd just assume go ahead and line something up for next March while
we're at it.  Any dates better at this point?
