So do you think we could buy enough to make it worth the Pink Pig's trip up? I like not having to leave the grounds and would buy from him.

Donnie, maybe you should ask how many people would buy from the concession truck at the St. Augustine Autocross.  I think I can get him to come up again, if we support him.  He will fix 3 meals every day for those who are interested.  You may recall, his business is called the Pink Pig, and he does make some good Bar-B-Que.   Norm
