We have an issue that just came up late this afternoon. I think I have managed to get a hold of most people but just in case.....
We cannot get into the area where we normally stage, park our cars, RV camp, trailers stay. etc until roughly 9:00pm tomorrow night. There is a possibility we may be able to get in a little earlier as the group using the area is a community college and Spring Break starts at the end of the day so they may get out early.
However, RVs you are more then welcome to come and stage in the parking lot at the school building which is on the right hand side once you have entered the complex about a 10th of mile past the gate. This is the parking lot directly across from dirt road leading to the driving course. When the class lets out you can go ahead in and get set up.
Trailers, you are more then welcome to come and drop your trailer in that parking lot, provided you go way to the North end of the lot and leave them for the evening. Then you can move them in the morning. If not you can always stay connected and go to the host hotel.
PLEASE do not attempt or go anywhere near the driving course even to watch. These are rookie drivers and this is their second time out on the course. The first time about 2 weeks ago was a complete disaster and the students where going everywhere, off course and hitting things. This is for your own safety. I promised we would not go anywhere near there.
As you know we have a relationship and history with the facility. We don't want to harm our relationship with them in anyway.
Thank you and I appreciate your help and understanding.
Sarah
