Just going from memory... Reverse the pistons, reverse cam, reverse distributor gear, rework distributor for upward thrust, flat pulley for waterpump to run off the backside of the fan belt, reverse alternator fan, starter adaption too?. Here's another idea... why not put a Porsche transaxle in and keep the Buick's rotation as-is? (This is my secret plan, don't tell anyone!) Craig Nicol
