[V8Vairs] Thermostat

Ryan,

If the temp doesn't reach your thermostat temp rating then your high flow 
thermostat is causing the problem because it is not shutting off tightly 
enough.

The themrostat should stay closed until the water temp reaches 160 degreees 
F, then open up and control the water flow to maintain that temp.  Try a 
standard 180 degree F thermostat, not the high flow version.
