Although at this point I do not need headers as I have a spare set of unused 
original Otto Parts Crown headers, I do have some suggestions if you make a 
run.
One is to make the motor flange at least 5/16" thick. Better even would be 
3/8" thick.
Second how about O2 senser bungs in the collectors. Can be plugged when not 
used.
If you decide to try it I will put a blurb on the V8Vairs web site.

V 8 items I have offered to make  were : 1) a beef a diff top cover and 2) 
crown mainshafts ; total responses were just dismal. I more recently queried 
the v 8 list about v 8 headers - as we had a brand new set = 1 potential 
order. 25 Minimum order - specify materials and finish coating for $ quote.

  You make new ones that are decent, and you already have one sale!
