    Since this is the V-8 list I gather that you are  trying to fill the 
coolant in a V-8 Corvair?
 
    If so, the the upper radiator hose is probably the  highest point. Remove 
the hose and fill from there, carefully of course. You can  watch the coolant 
level in the engine by watching the thermostat housing.
 
    If you have any hard line that is a high spot you  can always add one of 
those bleeders that some cars have.
