[V8Vairs] sway bar rational

The rear anti-sway is probably unnecessary on a stock Corvair, but your car
has a lot of weight added above the original engine and behind the center
line of the car. This will make the body want to roll a lot more and you'd
probably want to control that tendency.

Skipping the front anti-sway bar for now, there are a lot of things that
affect oversteer.

Tires - older, harder compound, narrower, improper air pressure
Rear track narrower than the front
Excessive negative camber at the rear
Positive camber at the rear
Improper upper link geometry
Rear shocks too stiff
Rear tire toe in
Improper installation of rear anti-sway bar
Excessively heavy right foot
Entering corner too fast and letting up on accelerator mid-turn
Braking mid-turn
Rear suspension binding
Improperly adjusted rear brakes
etc

I wouldn't ignore the oversteer. It can sneak up on you in a middling fast
turn and eat you and your car alive and it ain't no fun to experience at
speed.
