After re-thinking this a bit, I've decided to go with a four link and a slip
axle.  Making the top link is pretty easy, so that seems the prudent
approach.  When I get some time I'll get a parts explode to see how the 930
goes together.  A friend understands how the Corvair spiders carry side load
and he should be able to validate whether the Porsche can do the same.
Anyway, I'll be building this stuff over the coming week or so, so check
back on the website for updates.
