[V8Vairs] Throttle cable

I thought about converting my V8 Vair to the drive by wire deall too. My 
2007 Dodge truck has it but there is a noticable lag between when you stomp 
the pedal and get results. You get used to it after awhile. It isn't like 
turbo lag!
