[V8Vairs] rear suspension

If I recall correctly, Kelmark had you trim the excess rubber on ech side of the bushing and almost fill the space between the bushing and the bracket with washers, leaving enough space so there was no binding during suspension travel.  This limited the toe change somewhat.
