[V8Vairs] Attachments on the list

Hi folks,

The newest version of the list software - Mailman - supports caching attachments, that's what I was testing.  In short, if you post something with an attachment, the server will store it and add a section to your message like this:

All you need do is attach a photo or other doc just like sending it to anyone else, and send it to the list.  Attachments do get held for size - there is a size limit on all the lists to keep people from posting copies of digests and such - so your message won't show up until one of the admins gets a chance to approve it.  We get notified three time a day - morning, afternoon, evening - but we don't always get to them right away.

Final note - *please* don't start mailing batches of 50 photos or videos to the list.  This is intended for a photo or two, or a some other document that won't convert to text like a show flyer.  If you have a 30 minute video of your car or a hundred photos of your build, that's great, but please upload it to Flickr, YouTube or similar place and post the URL.
