[V8Vairs] Question (s) of the day

How many operational V-8 (and variants) Corvairs are there currently on the
road? How many of those are "finished" and require no additional work in the
foreseeable future?

Just curious.

If nobody knows, are there any ideas about how to find out?

(I consider mine finished even though the clock and the manifold pressure gauge
don't work)

Operational..IE: Licensed and insured and driven at least occasionally? I'll guest-a-mate" over 100 in the US..

In Socal San Diego County there are several that the owners are not online, nore join any clubs...but you see them from time to time.

My Crown was "finished" as far as I was concerned for over 10 years that I had it.....had been continuously on the street since '77....but I spent weeks "making things better" when I first got it..

Gord Rexin, who now owns it, is changing instruments [digital], and I'm sure making many more improvements!

All you can do is Poll all the different forums and ask for any info / pics / names..... and then sort out the duplicates..
