It is a special oil supplement to aid in the mating of the cam and lifters. 
Specifically go to your GM parts dept and ask for a can of EOS, which is Engine 
Oil Supplement. Flaps also have similar stuff. Just tell them you want a cam 
breakin oil supplement. They'll know what you mean.
