Do the cold adjustment as a preliminary to getting the car started. If 
it runs fine - then great. But be preparred to go in and adjust them 
running. I have not seen a single Corvair engine that could be set cold 
and that was that. Explaination? I haven't got one, but that doesn't 
change the fact.  Lon
