Smitty says:  Steve it sounds to me like you have all the bases pretty
well covered.  I just want to say, assume nothing.  I had one of those
one time and after jumping through all the hoops finally found that the
fuel line in the tunnel was full of varnish.  Weak fuel pumps are always
a good bet. Good luck.
