Glen, I would recommend that you remove all of the old floor pan, replace any "other" metal that is rusted out, if any, and then weld in the new floor pan with a minimum of trimming. If you want an absolutely original look, you will have to reverse bend the outboard edge of the pan replacement, but this is a lot of trouble and work. Good luck. Brad Hall
