Supposedly, SCCA now has a 2-yr belt rule for club (road) racing.  If so,
seat belt harnesses ought to be cheap that are within 5yr rule-old rule and
the 5 yr rule is not really enforced in vintage and certainly not req'd in
autocross.  So, check with your local SCCA guys for a deal on seat belt
harnesses!

I just got my SCCA vintage registration package.  They are requiring belts
that are less than 2 years old (as per current SCCA rules).
