<VV> RE: Break-in Oil & Filter

Hmmm, have you ever seen an oil filter fail while watching it? <G> I always
wondered what happens.

On another note, just when do you really NEED and oil filter. Why on a brand
new engine to filter out all of the debris left in by the quality rebuilder
and the rings tearing metal off of the cylinders as they "break in" of
course.
