I'd CHANGE the oil and change the filter at a minimum.  If you want to
remove the turkey roaster and check the top cover blots, that is up to you.
If you decide to remove the top cover (the part where the fan bearing is
attached), you will need TWO gaskets for that job.

If it were me, I'd probably just watch it for a while and see if it
continues to leak.  Spray it with brake clean, get everything good and dried
out.  See what happens.  If more oil appears, time to look into the top
cover gaskets.
