<VV> KC Birthday

I'm getting my "new" 65/66 Monza/Corsa ready for the big 40th birthday bash  
in KC this weekend. I have two questions:
 
First, what is a "funkana"? Do I need to bring my race tire for that?
 
Second, how many deeer whistles do I need to install, 2, 4, 6, more? Do  they 
just go on the front or can I put them on the back and sides, or would that  
just be overkill?
 
Seriously, what is a funkana?
