<VV> Backup Light Switch Ball Bearing Help

We seem to have lost our backup switch ball bearing (GM part # 453593 on
page 161 in the 66 Assembly manual - part #7).  It pushes the backup switch
bearing to "switch" the backup lights when you put the Saginaw transmission
in reverse.

Does anyone know where we can get a replacement or does anyone know what
size it is?
