That is a big IF
If you do the labor yourself, and replace the head with a good used one, it 
could be done for the cost of seals and a replacement head, maybe 50$ total.

If you pay someone else to do it, and do the right thing and have all the 
valve seats replaced, because if one goes, odds are good others will, it 
will cost alot more.  Up to 1000$ +, depending on labor rate/machining 
costs.

Not a really informative answer, but it has a lot of variables.
