   To add some numbers to what Harry so wisely warns us about, every 10 
degree F. drop in ambient temperature results in about a 1 psi drop in
tire 
pressure.  So if you haven't checked your pressures since 80 degree
weather and it's 
now below freezing, expect to see a considerable drop in pressures
(around 5 
psi).
