<VV> Red color opinions

Color is very important to me, but color is subjective. What I get orgasmic
over, may meet with a 'so what' from you. So; with that caveat, here's my
picks for red.

The best Corvair red is the '67 Bolero red. But it's just red; brilliant red
with no metallic.
I saw Chuck Linzy's early model painted an early '90s GM metallic red that I
went apeshit over. I painted my next restoration that color ('66 cpe). This
is where things get fuzzy; I believe it was a '91 GM color called dark red
metallic, code 75. Check your local paint distributor for a look at the
chip. Chips arn't a good indicator of an actual color, unfortunatly.
Next suggestion for a metallic red is the '03 corvette Anniversary Red.
Absolutely beautiful.
