Yesterday it was a "frigid" 70 in Kansas. Tuesday and Wednesday AeroNed,
owner Steve Z. and I worked on replacing the lower front panel on "Bert" the
MAUM. Steve drove Bert from his home to my shop both days, a round trip of
about 50 miles each day. A little grinding, sealer and filler and the front
will be done. Next we will attack the rust at the leading edge of the rear
wheel openings and Bert will be ready for a new paint job.

Just about the time Steve has recovered from his recent medical problems
and is back to work on Bert, he had to go in yesterday for some samples to
be taken from an enlarged prostrate. Hopefully soon both Steve and Bert
will have all necessary repais made and back on the road.
