<VV> removing u-joints

Anybody have any tips for removing the old u-joints from the axles?

Do you have a vice? Use it to press to old joints out and the new ones in.
Place a socket just small enough in diameter to fit in the yoke on one side
of the u-joint, and one slightly larger than the yoke on the other. Put in
vice and tighten. It should push one cap out, then reverse socket positions
and press the other one out.
