<VV> Corvair in water and carb throttle shafts

Thanks to all who have told me their horror stories about car they have
owned that have been flooded.  I think I will stay away from this one.

I also want to thank all who gave me advice about how to replace the
throttle shaft when rebuilding a carb.  It sounds like something I can do,
if I decide to rebuild my own rather than send them out.
