<VV> A REAL Corvair Story

There is a continuing story being chronicled on The
Corvair Center Forum   www.corvaircenter.com    K.
Willson is bringing his race prepared Corvair to the
Convention from Alaska via barge- then truck to
somewhere in Missouri- for a planned engine tear down
(including splitting the block) to upgrade to a
different cam and gearing and install newly received
heads and intake system. All of this is/was planned in
advance-not an enroute breakdown.   This story has
been going on for over two months- almost everything
in the Forum titled "Unsafe" relates to this saga. 
Lots of frequent updates and several pictures of his
coupe/engine/components.  Then he has to take it back
to Alaska---this guy REALLY wanted to come to the
Convention.

This would be a great story for all of Corvairland -
at least it's not related to concours rules-----
